I assisted the PBS Children's Media & Education Digital Engagement department with copy editing digital content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure errors. I ensured that blog posts, newsletters, and other materials were clear, consistent, and ready for publication. Founder and director, National Costume Swap Day™, developed as a strategic, sister-program of Green Halloween®, with the primary goal of engaging a wider public-audience by framing costume-swapping as not only green and planet-healthy, but an easy way to save money too. 

Costume Swap Day was conceived in early September of 2010, and launched six weeks later, met with a fervor of interest from media and families all over the U.S. Within the next two seasons, program earned over $2 million in media coverage including Good Morning America, MSNBC and Real Simple magazine. 

In 2011 and 2012 Costume Swap Day™ Canada was launched and licensed to a Canadian-based publisher.

An internationally buzzed-about, wildfire initiative to create healthier and more Earth-friendly holiday traditions, starting with Halloween.

Personally developed and procured client-centric brand sponsorships valued at more than $5 million, working closely with up to twenty brands’ marketing, sales and PR teams each season. Managed tracking of all deliverables, outcomes, feedback and ongoing success metrics. Identified, maintained and cultivated large pool of dynamic, high-potential partners.
