I started an agency with my mentor and was exposed to various niches in the marketing world. After years of agency experience and being exposed to high-level marketing strategies, the next path was clear. 

This is what led me to founding Ascend Social. 

The agency is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and creators scale their personal brand through ghostwriting and email marketing. 

My #1 goal is to share my journey and insights to empower all writers and creators.

Most of my work starts with brands.

In my early twenties, I exited my first business. That experience shaped how I think about brand building, not as marketing, but as the foundation of long-term value.

I’m the founder of Z MEDIA®, a creator-led social commerce firm built around one belief. Great brands are built through culture first, systems second.

At my core, I understand brand building. How attention is earned. How culture compounds. How systems turn momentum into revenue. Z MEDIA exists because I care deeply about how brands are built, not just how they sell.

I work hands-on with brands, often extending beyond a traditional agency role and acting as an entrepreneur in residence. I’m deeply involved in positioning, creative direction, commercial strategy, and the operating systems that sit underneath growth.

Z MEDIA was one of the earliest TikTok Shop partners in the Western world. To date, we have driven over $100M in TikTok-led revenue, helping brands scale across the UK, US, and EU through creator, affiliate, content, paid media, and shop infrastructure.

Alongside Z MEDIA, I also build businesses that sit behind modern commerce, where transformation is taking place and the infrastructure has not caught up yet.

CRSSBRDR was built from first-hand exposure to how broken cross-border expansion actually is. 

Brands want to scale internationally, but instead hit regulatory complexity, tax risk, fragmented providers, and operational drag that slows everything down. Merchant of Record infrastructure should remove weight, not add it. CRSSBRDR exists to make global expansion accessible, compliant, and commercially viable, so founders can focus on growth instead of paperwork and risk.

Estaita came from a similar place.

Property management is full of friction caused by outdated systems, unclear ownership, and disconnected workflows. Residents are frustrated. Property managers are overloaded. Developers and contractors lack visibility. Estaita exists to centralise communication, restore clarity, and remove unnecessary operational strain across the entire ecosystem.

I build businesses where pain points are discovered through direct involvement, not theory. I design infrastructure that simplifies complexity and raises the standard of how entire industries operate.
