This is what led me to founding Ascend Social.

Bogus Basin is the US's largest non-profit recreation area. I started working here at 15 years old, and by 17 I was in a management position in which I worked at until I was 26 years old. I led teams in multiple departments, increasing operational efficiencies, curating menu copy and promotional signage. I also helped develop several other managers to become top performers in the company and move into other more notable roles to grow their careers in the outdoors recreation industry.

Worked as a security systems installation contractor and door-to-door sales. Sold & installed systems upon call. Installed equipment such as; outdoor/indoor cameras, smart locks, security panels and sensors, doorbell cameras, and other smart home accessories. In charge of teaching customer how to use system and setting up custom preferences. Also worked as a service technician fixing issues with installed systems and helping maintain good customer relationships.

Worked as a security technician upgrading and selling 3G cell units. My duties were to drive a company vehicle to various parts of Colorado, maintain equipment stock, set schedules, assist customers with technical problems, install new cell units and schedule new services.

ALDER SECURITIES LIMITED

Moved to Detroit Michigan to work with the top sales team in company to install and upsell security systems. One of two female technicians company-wide and a top 10 performer out of 200+ technicians. Daily routine involved driving to area and installing systems upon call. Installed anywhere from 1-8 systems per day. Along with installing, I taught, customized and handled payment issues with the customer and their system.
