- Enter requisitions on a weekly basis valued over $100,000 > ISO’s against multiple suppliers located in Canada, the United States, and Mexico in order to replenish stock and for customer truck down requirements.

- Took the lead in decreasing slow-moving physical inventory by more than $100,000 in the span of 12 months by implementing a Min-Max inventory control system across multiple Eaton distribution locations.

- Responsible for managing 15 different OEM channels by leading communication regarding order management, shipments, product return approvals and resolving operational issues and customer complaints.

- Improved Canadian Aftermarket OTD (On-Time Delivery) from under 60% to 95%+ and average lead-time for same-day/overnight shipments from 3 days to less than 1 day in 6 months by utilizing my skillset in MRP systems and procedures.

- Responsible for systematically and physically receiving over $150,000 worth of goods from Eaton plants and customers on a monthly basis using Oracle ERP.

- Took the initiative to adjust and correct month-end discrepancies in inventory through cycle count, conversion, or obsolete parts.

- The lead team member in Canada responsible for managing physical inventory count and assisting with reconciliation with Finance personnel to ensure a timely launch.

- Approve or disapprove $200,000+ worth of customer product return requests, customer core credits, and credit and rebilling procedures.

- Effectively coordinate inventory requirements with the Aftermarket team to ensure the National Remanufacturing Centre receives the parts required in order to build more transmission units to satisfy min-max levels and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

My Responsibilities included the following.

-Acted as a technical support for our Talent and Development Teams from the Manufacturing Sector.

-Responsible for ensuring all data of all our team members is collected, organized, secured and readily available for our T&D team to use.

-Efficiently used HRIS systems like ICIMS to create offer letters, jobs and profiles of candidates as required by our T&D Manufacturing teams

-Used strong Microsoft Office skills to create reports on word in the form of process notes for our T&D teams to use as guidance and to help create process for completing a certain task.

-Ensuring all information for our team members both hourly and salaried was kept confidential and not visible to anyone else.

-Performed various other tasks such as acted as support for our engagement events, provided reception coverage time to time and other tasks required by our T&D team.

-Used strong Excel skills to create, record, collect and present data regarding our hourly team members Performance Review Process.

Talent and Development Shared Services Coordinator

As the Talent and Development Coordinator I am the first point of contact with Team Members(Employees).

My responsibilities included

-Preparing and conducting onboarding and orientation for new Team Members.

-Answer questions Team Members have around Pay, hours, benefits and other issues they face.

-Effectively using systems like ICIMS for onboarding and creating jobs.

-Using HRIS systems such as TMC, TMTM and Document Portal.

-Acting as a brand ambassador for FGF' culture.

-Monitoring attendance of our Team Members using TM TM.

-Performed investigations regarding matters which were deemed as a violation of our Code of Conduct whenever Team Members and Leaders were involved.

-Prepared and Issued disciplines both verbal and written to team members who were found to violate FGF's Code of Conduct

Talent and Development (HR) Site Coordinator

Weston Foods

As per my role as Operations Coordinator my responsibilities included the following.

-Oversee the schedule making process, enter Team Member hours of work, time off including vacation, adding historical amount for a previous date worked

-Effectively used Microsoft Office to create word documents with the appropriate letter head, font size and visual appearance in a professional environment.

- Used strong computer skills to operate SAP which is a software designed to create Purchasing Orders (POs) for Businesses who have a contract with the Bakery.  SAP allows to create POs for each individual vendor, my role included preparing POs for both small vendors and big agencies like Staff Plus, Manpower and Lead On.

-Effectively used Kronos timekeeping and payroll system to pay each team member on weekly payroll cycle. Carefully entered in all hours for all team members, checked to ensure everything was correctly inputted by supervisors with access to Kronos, added any outstanding pay in the form of historical payment. Approved any unapproved Over Time so that Team Members would receive OT once approved by management.

-Oversaw almost 200 Team Members including both full time and part time. Responded to their requests both in person and Via Email.
-Prepared orientation packages which outlines all rules, procedures, protocols and contact information to new hires.

-Booking , scheduling training for TMs including Safe-Tech Training, communicating with other vendors with regards to missing invoices or outstanding invoices. 

-Communicating with Payroll on a daily basis to inquire about missing pay for TMs to requesting T4 information.

-Workday is an HRIS system dedicated to providing information for all TMs. As per my role as Operatons Coordinator, have to ensure all onboarding is done for new applicants, applicants information is updated time to time including work permits, visas and SIN information. Workday also allows to input Team Members on leave.

-Was responsible for receiving and sending items including envelopes, parcels and packages to Canada, US and to International Countries.

-Handled money transfers for both sending and receiving via MoneyGram International. Always careful to act in accordance to guidelines set forth by MoneyGram International and AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

-Assisted customers on a day to day basis and maintain a courteous and polite manner during each shift.

- Acted as a direct liaison between Shoppers Drug Mart and Canada Post.
