Sam's mission in this role is to develop and operate a successful Partner Program within AvePoint Public Sector. Key activities will be the successful onboarding of Partners into the APS Partner Program. The Sales and Technical Enablement of those Partners. As well as documenting actionable Engagement Strategies between organizations to meet mutually beneficial objectives.

Partner Enablement Program Manager

Sam's primary focus is the development and success of the Public Sector Engineering Teams. His team supports the Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, Education, and State & Local Government verticals. He coordinates a regionally dispersed team and ensures alignment with their corporate sales strategy. This role has a heavy emphasis on program refinement. Sam works to define and streamline processes and procedures to increase pre-sales customer satisfaction and reduce the length of sales cycle procurement. 

Another major component of the role revolves around continuing to work directly with AvePoint’s customers and partners. Sam is responsible for the AvePoint Partner Training Program. He also consults directly with clients on their enterprise collaboration strategies. Which requires an expert knowledge of AvePoint and Microsoft cloud technologies.

NA Solutions Engineering Manager

In this role Sam was responsible for the pursuit and delivery of all services projects in Avepoint's North American Mid-Market Business.  He developed the services programs to ensure client success in SharePoint & Office 365. Sam was responsible to coach and train the Mid-Market Sales organization on identifying client requirements and advising complete solutions. Working directly with clients he was a thought leader in architecting solutions to map the client’s business to AvePoint & Microsoft technology.

Mid-Market Services Manager, ACS

The position of Strategic Advisor at AvePoint Inc focuses on uncovering client requirements and aligning the services offering and technology AvePoint & Microsoft can provide. In this role, Sam worked specifically with Federals Civilian clients such as The Department of State, NASA, and The Defense Health Agency. Clients of this scale often require long cycles of requirements gathering, proof of concept Projects, and CXO interactions to define Business Processes.
