A bit about me: I started my first e-commerce company when I was 23. Back then, it was selling baby gates and barn door hardware across a couple Etsy shops and on Amazon. While continuing to grow my e-commerce business on the side I got a job as a sourcing manager at a distribution company to learn more about high level supply chain with major retailers (HSN, QVC, Walmart, etc.). 

Years later, after helping countless DTC brand optimize their supply chain through running Made-in-China's sourcing division, I noticed major issues in the way e-commerce companies used software in operations. I built and sold an RFQ management system that helped DTC brands optimize their purchasing.  Then, I moved on and became a CEO of a DTC brand at 28. My experience running Qualtry showed even more the gap in the market of software solutions in e-commerce that address the entire supply chain.

I am an operations consultant with over 20 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, specializing in supply chain, logistics, and order flow. I’ve worked with many fast-growing companies that offer sustainable and stylish products for home and lifestyle, to optimize their e-commerce operations and implement tech stack, SOPs, project management, WMS, and S&OP. I am also a member of RevOps Co-op, a community of operations professionals who share best practices and insights on how to improve e-commerce performance and efficiency.

I have consulted for various e-commerce merchants, such as Uproot Clean, Mountain Ocean, Beedlebug, Joydays, Desert Dust, Sterra, TheBeast, CarryHitch, Anna New York, ForeverGreen Indoors, FinalStraw, Wolf Project, Tea Drops, and others, helping them set up processes to fulfill successful crowdfunding campaigns, manage 3PL RFPs, coordinate customs for inbound product and Section 321, and integrate Shopify backend processes. For Pipe17, I consult with the Saas developers and their e-commerce customers on the best ways to implement their digital order flow and integration solution, identifying merchant pain points and helping with SME content marketing. I have been in charge of revenue operations for Pipe17 since 2020. I am NXT Level certified by the utilities for work in rebates and incentives, and have worked with the Department of Energy on a report about the energy savings potential of LED in horticultural applications.

My mission is to help e-commerce businesses grow and thrive by creating operational excellence and customer satisfaction. I enjoy solving complex challenges, learning new technologies, and collaborating with diverse teams and partners. I have dual citizenship between the U.S. and Canada, and I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and network in the e-commerce industry.

I am also the founder of Mended Hearts of Spokane a cardiac non-profit. Our goal is to help patients get through the devastation and confusion of a cardiac diagnosis. I am a "heart mom", my daughter survived open heart surgery at the age of 5.
