Working on a web-based  Student Management System for a global learning provider (stakeholders from the UK/ EU/ CA/ USA). The solution allows to automate daily processes and synchronise work for different teams: Admissions, Finance, Registrar's Office, Sales,Academics, Recruiters and Agents of 40+ brands. 2500+ employees worldwide use the system on a daily basis.

My duties include, but are not limited to:

- Managing brands and their expectations (15+ stakeholders);

- running Scrum Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and ongoing Backlog refinement;
- removing impediments for the team, bridging the gaps in communication between team and Product Owner, team and organization;
- reporting on project status, achievements and risks to the stakeholders as well as organization;

I helped my Scrum team with communication with the numerous clients (USA) by attending meetings and leading conversations for our developers. 
I've taken part in feature estimating and in writing reports for stakeholders.
I was also completely responsible for the quality of the products and had expertise in the following kinds of software testing: manual, smoke, regression, user acceptance, ad-hoc, load, border testing.

I started my career in IT in 2016 as a QA engineer, advancing to the role of Project Manager/Scrum Master in 2021. Since 2023 I’m serving as a Product Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to bring their ideas to life.

My main goal is to minimize the number of unsuccessful projects in IT building successful happy teams. By saying successful I mean valuable, because being on time, budget and scope doesn't necessarily deliver value to the client/end users and the product may still become a failure.

I have a record of helping teams work on a technical debt by keeping a separate log while addressing it every sprint (refactoring).
