CX Presales Specialist

During my dual study program at SAP in cooperation with DHBW Karlsruhe I was given the opportunity to gain insights into many different departments and teams. Some of the experiences and responsibilities included within my practical phases are described below:

- Bachelor’s Thesis
My Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on a value-based sales methodology, that
puts the why in the center. Part of this work was the active engagement
with large enterprise customers, management, and sales staff to
understand their problems and challenges and finally transform these
into valuable insights for all parties.

- CX Business Development
By setting up and executing my own campaigns I was able to
successfully qualify multiple opportunities and hot leads in my very first
cold calls. Additionally, I supported the team in the creation of creative
assets (e.g. video messages) and thus contributed to the team quota.

- CX Sales - Discrete Manufacturing
Besides writing a scientific work on a platform-oriented sales
incentivization, I was able to successfully support Solution Sales
Representatives in the preparation and execution of customer
meetings. Additionally, I contributed by creating and preparing demand
generation campaigns.

- CX Presales - Sales & Service
In preparation of sales meetings, I individualised demo tenants catered
to customers and supported in creating appealing business narratives.
During the practical phase, I was able to successfully prepare and
execute parts of customer presentations on my own.

- Mission Critical Support
My task was to develop an application to optimize the global escalation
process. Besides that, I was able to support escalation managers in
their operative business, gaining valuable insights in critical escalations
and the handling of these situations.

🤓 I genuinely believe that I am a social nerd. Social – in the sense that I enjoy being around people, always looking for interesting, meaningful conversations and shared laughter. Nerd – because I’m fascinated by the latest trends in technology and the ins and outs of certain topics.

💡 In my role as CX Presales Specialist at SAP, these two sides of me are combined perfectly. I especially enjoy the daily engagement with people from different backgrounds on one of my favorite topics – customer experience. 

🎓My dual studies in Business Information Technology with a focus on Sales & Consulting prepared me perfectly for a world disrupted by new technologies. Nevertheless, I am always open to learning, getting new insights, and being proven wrong. Beyond that, I am enthusiastic about understanding pressing challenges and delivering a technology-based solution.
