5 hours... The amount of time spent on my phone DAILY 👀  

That's a lllooootttt of time on a screen.. BUT 

That doesn't include the HOURS I spend on zoom, emails, building talks.

That's quite insane. 

How we work has changed so much. 

We spend more time on screens at work in meetings, working on deadlines, targets, etc 

And what does the average person do at home? 

Probably spend a little more time working... watching Netflix... Scrolling socials. 

This is the new norm for MANY brits.
