Sales manager is een te ruime omschrijving, want ik was hoofdzakelijk manager van mezelf. Acoustiguide is gespecialiseerd in het maken van audiogidsen voor musea, monumenten en toeristische trekpleisters. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor de hele business in België en Luxemburg: van verkoop op oplevering. In die zin heb veel mensen aangestuurd die betrokken waren bij het realiseren van de projecten. In deze job heb ik ook voor het eerst aan echte prospectie gedaan. Toen nog, door gewoon te bellen en door naar hééél veel recepties te gaan.
Wat heb ik nog voor het leven overgehouden aan deze boeiende job: een bijna perfecte beheersing van het Frans, een beetje op z'n Parijs wel.

"Zo zijn er genoeg."

Maar dat zoekt Bart Nijs, commercieel directeur van Wintek niet

Prijs is nooit het échte issue.
Zeker niet in high-end B2C verkoop zoals ramen en deuren.

De meeste mensen nemen die beslissing hoogstens een paar keer. 
Het gaat over een forse investering.

Nee
Niet de laagste prijs wint.

Wel de volgende mentale afweging:

• vertrouwen in een goede afloop
• het aanbod zelf
• de gepercipieerde waarde van dat aanbod

Denk niet dat de doorsnee consument er een Excel bijhaalt.
Zo’n zot kom je zelden tegen.

En mijn advies als dat wél gebeurt?
Run, Forrest. Run.

Vertrouwen of frictie ontstaat vanaf seconde 1 van het proces.
Kopers hebben razendsnel een favoriet

en bekijken alles wat daarna volgt door die bril.
als ook het vervolg klopt…

is er geen enkele reden om de deal niet af te ronden.

Wist je trouwens dat:

• er 5 technieken zijn waarmee je in 15 minuten zelfs het vertrouwen van je schoonmoeder kan winnen?

• klanten vaak al beslissen vóór jij je aanbod volledig hebt uitgelegd?

• de meeste prijsbezwaren ontstaan omdat er te laat vertrouwen werd opgebouwd?

•“te duur” vaak betekent: “ik voel me nog niet gerust”? of "ik voel geen extra waarde"

• topverkopers niet beter uitleggen, maar beter laten voelen?

Nu de suprise;

Als jij straks verantwoordelijk bent voor de showroom van Wintek in Landen,

Gesprekken voeren waar klanten zich begrepen, gerust en zeker bij voelen.

Het verschil tussen:

“we denken er nog even over na”
