Fans crave more —they want to remember those special music moments with something both physical and digital to relate to both worlds. At the same time, artists are looking for new, sustainable ways to connect with their audience and generate income.

That’s where SpinBard comes in. We bridge the gap between physical and digital music experiences with collectible cards tied to exclusive digital content. Fans can collect these cards at events, gigs, or online, and when scanned, they unlock a digital space where they can store their music memories—photos, videos, and more. These memories can be pre-loaded from specific gigs the fan attended, and added to with more personal content. 

Think of it as a cross between collecting ticket stubs linked to a digital music memory box.

As CEO, I spearheaded the successful launch of the platform, continuously looking towards growth and innovation whilst maintaining a robust development roadmap. I’ve represented RealNifty at major industry events such as WebSummit and Art Basel Miami including co-organising a fine art exhibition, enhancing the company's visibility and networking with key industry players.

- Implemented HR Technologies inclusive of a new social media based ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resulting in 30% higher employee referrals;

Percivia Biotech

Recruited from Quest Diagnostics to start-up Percivia

•	Built a complete paperless HR function, including implementation of competitive benefit plans, COMP model, 401(k), payroll, HRIS, ATS, and strategic staffing plans, while growing employee base from 0 to 11 management members within first month;
•	Strategic and trusted senior partner to joint venture executives; (joint venture: DSM, US & Crucell, Netherlands)
•	Successfully completed and implemented 250K Massachusetts Workforce Training Grant
•	Identified and worked very closely with top joint venture senior scientific talent in Netherlands to train newly hired Percivia staff; US employees would spend first 30 days of employment in the Netherlands;
•	Successfully implemented international internship and exchange program of our expatriate staff to help train our US staff;

•	Provided strategic HR leadership to the business unit, including regenerating the Six Sigma management operation to our 200 MM BU. Attained Six Sigma Green Belt. 
•	9 direct reports; 3-shift 24-hour operations, responsible for entire Northeast Region. 
•	Directed wage and salary policies, structures and performance appraisal programs. Evaluate compensation program to ensure that salary grades and levels are competitive and equitable.
•	Developed and implemented Talent Management Metrics and reduced average cost per hire by 70% in addition to a recruitment cost reduction of $155K in the first two quarters of my tenure.
