As Head of Education, my role covers a broad spectrum of Learning & Development activity.

I am tasked with building our internal L&D ecosystem, with responsibilities including:
• Creating and facilitating our internal training curriculum for the year (covering digital marketing & technical competencies, as well as soft/essential skills)
• Liaising with external training providers & co-creating courses for our staff
• Creating our Management & Leadership programme
• Overseeing our 'Trainee' scheme
• Running Learning Needs Analysis with the company to help identify skill gaps
• Creating individualised training programmes to help with the above

I am also tasked with building our external training arm for clients, with responsibilities including:
• Creation of a pricing model
• Creation/commercialisation of training products
