- I perform contingency planning processes: Assist in preparing, monitoring, coordinating and consolidating logistics annexes for operational plans, programming plans and general support, contingency and exercise plans.
- I perform base support and expeditionary site planning process: Assist in the administration and development of base support and expeditionary site planning. 
- I perform deployment/redeployment/reception process: Participate in real world and exercise deployment procedures. Prepare and maintain deploying personnel and equipment products. 
- I review deployment assessment capabilities with unit commanders to ensure that required deployment training is being conducted.
- Assist units and sections by providing guidance and performing staff assistance visits to identify, correct and assist with deployment oriented problems.
