Life Insurance Company delivering across Europe. Solution Architect for European re-design and rollout of their Life Insurance, IBM FileNet Content Management solution to allow them to move away from expensive incumbent suppliers. 

Content migrate and advisory position in the renegotiation of IBM FileNet global contract working with the central procurement in Canada. 

The solution also required a review of their communication infrastructure and a desktop refresh with the goal to future proof the Business and allow flexibility when selecting their next line of Business Insurance solutions.
