-Responsible for leading a team of 8 sales training program managers in the support of a salesforce of 500+ based across multiple geos and timezones .
-Working closely with senior global stakeholders to create and align enablement programs to support and reinforce operational and strategic business initiatives.
-Tracking, measuring and reporting on the quantifiable business impact of global programs against pre determined objectives.

Responsible for applying a thorough understanding of LogMeIn collaboration products, sales methodology, and processes, prospecting techniques to focus on selling into enterprise companies (3k+) in UK market. 

As a part of the Enterprise Sales team, I am responsible for driving bookings growth across a territory of accounts and industry verticals by developing new and existing business relationships with key stakeholders.
