It’s starting slowly. But the momentum is real.
People are no longer buying the old stories we’ve been told.

• Purchaser Business Group on Health (PBGH)  released a powerful, data-rich analysis showing real price variation among carriers and health systems across 10 major markets. No spin. No hiding. Just the math.

• Mark Cuban Cost Plus Wellness  publicly posted their first provider contracts and rate sheets — actual terms, actual cash prices, negotiated in the open for their employees. The contracts are free for anyone to use and available for download. 

• Drug makers like Novo Nordisk  have begun offering direct cash prices on key medications, bypassing layers of administrative friction that add cost without adding value.
