Hired as WePay’s first Strategic Program Manager.  Responsible for planning, sizing and prioritization of WePay’s Book of Work for 15 engineering teams and 30 Product Managers. As a leader of global teams responsible for PaaS features and services development, I provided strategic planning, guidance, and coaching on key agile principles. These included team ownership and self-organization, effective user stories, and agile estimation.

• I created and implemented a Data Science lifecycle for my 8-AI data science team, from ideation through production delivery. This improved our visibility, eliminated redundancies, increased transparency of our work in progress, reduced our cycle time by 30%, and delivered more business value. I also, championed the mantra of learning and failing fast for myself and my team.

• I developed a cost-effective and scalable ETL (Pentaho) shared service that can handle multiple data sources and formats. The service attracted over 50 clients from various business domains, doubling the user base in a short time.

Led three Scrum teams spanning 5 countries in creation of internal product projected to save Adobe over 15 million dollars.  Implemented innovative, cutting edge HTML5 solution on a single code base to Multi-screens across Windows, Mac, IOS, and Android.  Facilitated and championed successful integration of Scrum teams and continuous integration practices into Adobe IT Release Management processes.  As a consistent early adopter of IT technology, integrated Agile best practices around UX, Continuous Delivery, Lean and Scrum, and drove innovation throughout the IT organization.   

•	Helped teams set the foundation required for successful sprints and releases by providing a clear understanding of Agile and Scrum.  Matured team into becoming a high-performance, self-managed team.

•	Facilitated creation and prioritization of the feature roadmap & defined an achievable set of requirements for the project with the scrum team, product owner and development manager.

Architected rollout of a comprehensive global redesign of the Parallels eCommerce web portal.  Created roadmap to migrate 13 locales for this mission-critical platform and CMS.  The redesigned site functions as the primary revenue channel for the Parallels organization and has served as the company’s public face during the lead up to Parallels pending IPO.  Educated business partners, from the VP level-down regarding resources and processes needed to execute, operate and maintain this new technology. 

•	Provided the execution strategy for a project that had stalled for over 18 months.  Succeeded in producing results where two previous project managers had failed.  Detailed current states and the steps needed to resolve existing issues.

•	Planned the resources, costs, time requirements and implementation strategy needed to successfully rollout a new web portal in 13 different countries.  

•	Improved information architecture, user experience and analytics systems.  Made it easier for users to find information and purchase products, while automating and improving the accuracy of analytics and reporting tools on the back end.

•	Spearheaded the creation of a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) team.  Provided mentorship to this critical team and implemented a process for testing automation and continuous integration of code and updates.  Built a testing and staging environment and installed an open source bug tracking system that enabled effective workflow management across a global team.  This team has discovered over 298 bugs to date.  

•	Mentored the analytics team in the installation of a data framework and the maintenance of repeatable processes.

Website Globalization / Site Redesign Consultant

Hired to serve as the program manager but acted as an Agile Coach for the Pay Flow Gateway Core Software Engineering team, a high-level, senior engineering team responsible for systems that process over $75 billion worth of online payments annually. This team was directly responsible for 99.999% (“five-nines”) uptime of mission critical financial systems that affected payments to hundreds of thousands of merchants. 


•	Coached ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and team members to effectively utilize Agile terminology, principles, and ceremonies.

•	Empowered team members to continually improve, iterate, innovate and deliver quality solutions. 

•	Helped the team to prioritize and effectively manage the expectations of business partners.

•	Mentored the team in the adoption of an Agile development methodology while simultaneously delivering business critical projects prior to an end-of-the-year moratorium.  Helped the team to deliver three key projects in areas of compliance, quality control and data encryption through the use of Agile Scrum and Kanban techniques.  

•	Served as a Program Manager liaison, leading mission critical cross organizational projects between Risk and Mobile, New Ventures and Platforms business units.  Led teams in building a framework for sharing mission critical data that required microsecond risk assessments performed on credit card transactions.  Within six months, successfully negotiated resources and updated systems that had stalled for over a year.

From my first job in technology, I've been captivated by the transformative power of data. Witnessing firsthand the perils of poor data quality nearly sinking a company, I found my calling. Inspired by Thomas Redman's works on Data Quality, I spearheaded the creation of a dedicated team, turning potential disaster into a triumph that earned me a key promotion.

My journey has been defined by turning the "unsexy" into the indispensable. Data quality, often overlooked, became my foundation for world-class AI implementations. Amid biases and challenges, I've forged frameworks ensuring integrity in AI outcomes, a mission honed through invaluable experiences at leading firms like JPMC/WePay, Intuit, and Adobe, and in consulting roles for giants like American Express and UPS.

My approach? Simplify. Like separating big rocks from pebbles and sand, I align organizations' capacity and demand with their vision. The real test comes when transforming a company—guiding leadership through the rocky path of change without losing their essence. It's here, in these crucible moments, that strategies are truly tested and transformational growth is ignited.
