Have you noticed that YouTube videos are dominating the AI overviews 👀 ?

YouTube is becoming an incredible source of product information that AI is increasingly preferring over traditional articles.

I actually searched a bottom-of-funnel keyword for a client today, and THREE different videos were cited, with thumbnails in the overview itself. 

If you haven't checked the AI-Overviews on some of your top bottom-of-funnel terms, I highly recommend doing so. 

Once you're there, if you see videos being shown, analyze them just like you would a blog post. See when they were published, check how long they are, see if their meeting search intent, etc. 

You'd be SHOCKED how many old webinars are randomly picking up traction in this area out of sheer luck, and if you see one, definitely create a video to beat it out 😜.

Anyone else experimenting with video content specifically for AI overviews?
