Their gradual innovative footsteps enabled the company to grow from 5 employees to over a thousand, and they currently reach clients across five different continents. 
  
As a Virtual Support Agent, Juralyn’s core role was to assist all client queries through various technological methods and to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
