In this Executive role, I was responsible for the Casino’s marketing function.  The key was to maximise the value and output of the company’s marketing teams and provide specialist advice to directors and senior executives.

I built a very strong Marketing Team that delivered key outcomes including highly profitable Gaming Promotions, Driving Accommodation & Bookings, Improving Customer Satisfaction and Creation of a Customer Service Culture. During my time there I increased the company’s sales within my territory by 10% which included achieving aggressive targets, expanding the company’s revenue base from existing accounts, securing new accounts, optimising prices to maintain margins and managing high profile accounts including Qantas, the RAAF, Boeing, Amcor and Visypak.

It was a great place to work post my Military & Policing experience and a big thank you to a great international company!
