In 2017 I branched out … I co-founded a telehealth website where we helped people overcome excess drinking through medication-assisted treatment and personal development coaching.

What’s the link to lawyering?

As a lawyer, I defend against injury cases that require a deep understanding of medicine and psychology. 

I’ve deposed over 300 doctors and mental health providers, diving into medical and psychological concepts at their level.

I transferred that skill set, along with years of solving problems for clients, into the wellness and personal growth space.

I applied my analytical skills, the same I use to dissect real-world medical and psychological concepts, to pick apart the science behind personal development.

I crafted not just medical solutions (through the doctors we contracted with) but also systemized, actionable, personal growth training for our patients.

And we didn’t just aim to restore patients to an average level of health...

We transformed their lives through growth-focused skills ⚡

No, I can't. I'm far from being an influencer myself.

The future is full of uncertainty.

It’s both a symbol of fear and a source of excitement.

If you let anxiety crush you and hesitate to act, you gain nothing.
Taking action with a positive mindset always leads to growth, no matter the result.

Showing up online was terrifying for me.
What if something bad happened?
What if I got caught up in trouble?

Still, I took a step forward to break free from who I was.

And the result?
Nothing.
No good, no bad.
No one even noticed me.

It was both a little disappointing and, honestly, exactly what I should have expected.

The upside?
I realized I could do things my own way.
No one looks at me as closely as I look at myself.

Worrying about others’ opinions doesn’t help.
True progress begins when you follow the path you believe is right.

Take a step forward.
Keep showing up, keep fighting with patience.
That’s where the real results start to appear.

Empowering Professionals in Japan to Go Global

When you let emotions take control, regret usually follows.

It doesn’t matter whether those emotions are positive or negative.

You end up saying things you shouldn’t.
Doing things you shouldn’t.

And the result?
Loss.

So what’s the fix?
Pause.
That’s it.

Take a breath and ask yourself:
Is it right to say this?
Is it right to do this?
Should I say it?
Should I do it?

And if, after that pause, you still decide to act, then go for it.
Just remember: the outcome, and the responsibility, are yours alone.

Don’t be afraid to stop and think.
