I sourced a vocational work placement for each young person on the programme and carried out regular progress reviews with students. I also delivered and assessed the NOCN Award in Progression, audited subcontractors such as Avenir Training and used the YETI database to monitor data. In this role I participated in an OFSTED inspection which I feel aided my professional development greatly.
