We’ve all been there.

👉 A champion who can’t speak up in front of their exec team isn’t really a champion yet.

You think you’ve got buy-in. The pain is clear. They’re nodding along in every call.
Then the CRO joins… and suddenly your internal advocate disappears.
The urgency... gone!

One line from Cameron that stuck with me:
"Have you empowered your champion to be strong enough to actually talk on that conversation?" That’s the real test.

Executive alignment isn’t just multi-threading.
It’s not just adding more people to the invite list.

It’s:
- Making sure your champion can confidently restate the problem
- Ensuring they understand the business case, not just the features
- Warming them up before key conversations
- “Man-marking” roles so you’re aligned at every level

If your champion can’t sell it internally without you in the room, the deal is fragile.
