▶ Established a GTM and outreach program to service the filling of prescriptions at ~35% below the cost of conventional methods, redefining a sizeable aspect of the $4.5 Trillion healthcare industry.

▶ Created the onboarding, fulfillment, and distribution for a compelling financial product for retirees, and scaling the offering to individuals via their employee benefits.

▶ Facilitating monthly Board meetings for multiple groups, each comprised of 6-8 non-competing CEOs, who benefit from exchanges and peer reviews, using our Socratic approach to solving challenges.
 
▶ Other examples include increased revenue & EBITDA, built GTM strategies, created sales collateral, and coached teams to go from $0 to $1, and then scale to $35MM, $50MM, and even $75MM in ARR.

▶ Our $100 million fund utilized our expertise to help optimize portfolio company performance, and we enjoyed exits to acquirers that included Apple, Google, KKR, and Motorola.
