Project Management Overview: Eco (solar) Billboard – Ricoh 

The project resulted in the first DOB approval process for installation of wind turbines within NYC and the first billboard in Times Square illuminated by energy which is completely independent of external power sources.

Key responsibilities: Project presentation to building management and NYC officials, labor contracting, overseeing structural and electrical design phases, securing permits, product design, and final inspections and/or certifications.
