I built the MVP, led operations, and was responsible for revenue and pipeline generation. I designed and ran our entire content production system — from idea capture to final delivery — working closely with video editors, automations, and AI tools.

I developed complex AI prompting workflows to turn raw voice notes and videos into high-converting LinkedIn content, and continuously refined our go-to-market strategy through direct experimentation — mostly on LinkedIn.

From product to pipeline, I helped turn Demandi into a repeatable system for scaling thought leadership with speed and clarity.

ACQUIRED IN DECEMBER 2022 BY CHAPMAN CAPITAL: Over 3,500 podcast interviews booked with top B2B brands like Gong, Paddle, Genesys, and more. Speak On Podcasts quickly became one of the leading podcast booking agencies in the game.

I stayed on for 12 months post-acquisition, working directly with our clients to ensure everything ran smoothly and our systems kept delivering results.

ACQUIRED AGAIN IN APRIL 2025 BY FAME: After the second acquisition, Speak On Podcasts was fully integrated into Fame as a "Fame Connect".

Back in March 2020, I co-founded Speak On Podcasts with a partner from the UK. We grew it into one of the world’s leading agencies for booking podcast interviews, securing over 2,500 appearances for more than 125 leaders from top B2B brands like Canva, Gong, Paddle, and Toggl.

In December 2022, Chapman Capital acquired the agency (source). I stayed on for over a year to ensure a smooth transition and maintain high service quality for our clients. In April 2025, the business was acquired again — this time by UK company Fame (source), which integrated the agency and team into its portfolio under the name “Fame Connect.”

In 2024, I co-founded Demandi.co with a partner from the US. As COO, I helped over 300 B2B professionals create nearly 2,000 short LinkedIn videos. I built the MVP, ran operations, and drove revenue and pipeline growth. I stepped away voluntarily due to a difference in vision with my co-founder.

LinkedIn has been a key acquisition channel in both businesses. I’ve tested it all — posting daily for 188 days straight, reaching out to 50+ people a day, and most recently, running paid ads. All of it generated deals worth over $1M.

Today, I work independently, helping B2B brands and individuals become more visible and get more clients using LinkedIn. 70% of my clients hire me to help them with content (mostly video), 20% with ads, and 10% with outreach.

I live in the Czech Republic with my wife. I have type 1 diabetes. I run and work out. 🙂

Senior Scrum Master

Goldman Sachs

Lead Scrum ceremonies for two scrum teams. Work with product owners to groom the backlog and plan sprints. Track, escalate and remove impediments. 

- Reduced tickets for related issues to down 30% and led migration to a new office, including expansions.
- Removed impediments to success by coordinating team members' commitments with other projects and managers and ensuring set goals were realistic and achievable and physical resources were available.
-	Work directly with Scrum team members and the solution architect for project-related items, such as providing system status.

This role allowed me to mitigate various key risks to the business and
cross-functional second line of defense programmes in Apple Reseller Stores
by conducting audits.

- Adhered to established internal control procedures, whilst conducting
quality control and compliance audit for Apple Reseller stores.
- Identify and assess fraud and service-related risks.

Technical Scope: Windows 7 & 10, Windows Server 2012/2016, Mac OS X, Linux,
VMWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Office 365, Amazon AWS, Agile, Jira,
Confluence.

In this role, I formulated IT strategies, managed planning/upgrading latest
technology trends, and maintained a positive business relationship with
technology vendors and customers. Eliminated vulnerabilities through
management of server and desktop OS security.I have been instrumental in overseeing and managing the software development lifecycle to improve resource management and cost-effectiveness.

• Supported 40+ offices in Nordic in making smarter IT decisions and
reducing the risk of IT-related issues through management of internal IT
infrastructure.
• Implemented Service Desk together with Kanban board (this is part of the
agile tools).
• Introduced agile process for re-platform, re-hosting data projects by
training team to use Jira.

Configuration Manager

Technical Scope: Active Directory, SCCM, Cisco AnyConnect, BMC Remedy, ITSR,
ITIL, ITSM, Windows OS 7-10, Windows Server 2012-2016, Office 365.

This role allowed me to perform configuration of AD, Exchange, DHCP, WDS,
Anti-virus software, and back-up servers in network. Provided technical
support, which involved deployment and configuration of Windows OS Notebooks
and PCs.

A small selection of the key achievements for this role have been:
• Reduced the number of technical incidents by 80% through meticulous cable
management, preventive security measures, and scheduled preventive
maintenance.
• Led the installation of Network cabling, OSP phone cables, and OSP and
indoor rated phone and fiber cables.

I am tasked with devising strategic business plans and budgets, analysing
market and current trends, and developing long-term roadmaps by leveraging
unique business acumen.

A small selection of the key achievements for this role have been:
• Provided the framework for continual feedback and exposure to ensure
quality by co-ordinating agile and scrum meetings, including sprint
planning, daily scrums or standups, sprint check-in, sprint review, and
retrospective.
