I am Jaideep Parashar, the founder, and director of ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, where we are Pioneering AI Future. My journey has been fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, technology innovation, and strategic business management.

With a solid academic foundation—comprising a Bachelor of Technology, a Master of Technology, and further certifications in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and Strategic Management from the London School of Business Administration—I have cultivated a deep understanding of both technology and business landscapes.

My professional experience and research background span over a decade, beginning with my role in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), where I honed my skills in management and operations. Leveraging this experience, I transitioned into entrepreneurship and book writing, focusing on AI and business strategy.

At ReThynk AI Innovation and Research Pvt Ltd, I lead a team dedicated to driving transformative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Our goal is to empower organizations to harness the power of AI to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

As an investor at Vista Liberata, I contribute to the strategic direction of a company that provides comprehensive branding solutions. Our mission is encapsulated in our tagline: Vista Liberata is your one-stop destination for all branding needs!

In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am a passionate author with multiple publications that reflect my insights into career development, startup success, LinkedIn strategies, and AI-driven content creation. I am also deeply committed to personal growth. I maintain a disciplined routine of daily two-hour workouts and long-distance running. Over the past 15 years, I have read more than 1,000 books, ranging from business and management to human efficiency and science. My continuous quest for knowledge has recently led me to explore the stock market, where I am actively investing and learning.

*Working with the team to come up with new ideas for the magazine each month,

*And provided the team with nutrition and dietetic information as required for customer service and for article creation.

As a university qualified Dietitian, Larina combines her knowledge of nutrition and wellness with creative copywriting, marketing, consumer psychology and branding expertise to help bring health and lifestyle brands to life in a way that excites and converts their ideal customer across all access points. 

A communications career spanning more than 14 years in the health and wellness field, Larina is driven by crafting and executing innovative marketing and communications strategies to grow businesses and brand presence. Her values best align to those brands founded with integrity, that are on a mission to do good in the world and offer genuinely better options for the everyday consumer. 

Her extensive experience in this space has seen her write in the dedicated brand voice for hundreds of wellness brands across both B2B and B2C materials and contribute to a team that has successfully launched multiple international brands into Australian grocery channels and independent retailers. 

Larina's diverse career has seen her undertake a variety of roles. Her key achievements include: 

* Co-leading a marketing and communications team to successfully launch multiple products and online events achieving $1M+ in revenue.

* Representing international brands in the Australian grocery channel including the development of grocery proposals, point-of-sale materials and advertising.

* Working alongside some of the most influential holistic health and wellness profiles across the globe to launch digital programs and products.

* Writing for iconic Australian magazines including Women's Health and Healthy Food Guide.

* Engaging in multiple cookbook collaborations (copywriting and nutritional analysis) with Women's Weekly Cookbooks.

* Strategic establishment of the Australian social media accounts of major international brands including globally-recognised BRAGG.

* Running her own dietetic private practice supporting clients with alternative diets, gut health and a holistic approach to weight loss.
