By ‘nap’, I mean going into hibernation for 5 hours straight.

All snuggled up in his blanket, knowing full well that his caffeinated elder brother (me) is putting in a shift and trying to close deals on a Monday afternoon in December, to be able to afford his chill lifestyle.

I’ve been on almost every side of the GTM chaos.

As an SDR, I chased names I didn’t believe in.
I hit numbers, sure — but I also watched great campaigns fall flat because the follow-up broke before it even began.

Marketing would swear the messaging worked.
Sales would swear the leads didn’t.
Everyone blamed alignment.

But I started seeing a different pattern.

The problem wasn’t intent. Or effort. Or tools.
It was transfer.
What we learned in one conversation never made it to the next.
Every new lead felt like starting from scratch — new research, new context, new “let’s figure it out again.”

I lived that grind:
Forty minutes of research before a single call.
Tabs full of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, spreadsheets — all saying the same thing differently.
By the time I was ready, the moment was gone.

That’s when it hit me,
We don’t lose deals because we don’t care enough.
We lose them because we forget too fast.

So I shifted.
From chasing pipeline to engineering it.
From “How do I sell more?” to “How do I make selling inevitable?”

Now, every call, every click, every data point feeds a system that connects the dots - so sellers don’t start blind, marketers don’t guess, and no one has to rely on luck to win again.

I build GTM systems that remember what teams learn, automate what slows them down, and react as fast as interest does.

Because, growth doesn’t come from new tools and the next big win doesn’t come from working harder.

And revenue isn’t lost in bad pitches or weak copy.
It’s lost in the gaps between people, tools, and timing.

And growth comes from not forgetting what already works & not starting from zero every time.
