Sr. SDR

Transportal

- Worked on the ideation, creation and the architecture of the product including the vendor dashboard, driver app and customer dashboard. Actively part of the wire-framing - UI/UX and prototyping the product in its early stage. 
- Responsible for maintaining the sales funnel. Research, cold calling, reaching out to various Admin and Finance executives / leaders via E-Mails / LinkedIn
- Achieved >INR 2 cr in total revenue in 2 years with a positive unit economics.
- Represented Transportal at the Rise Conference in Hong Kong where I presented the Pitch Deck to over a 100 investors.
- Led the talks with Turbostart Accelerator where Transportal was recognised as one of the top 25 startups and subsequently awarded. Also led the talks for raising seed. 
- Gather product and market intelligence for constant improvement of the product.
- Responsible for end-to-end planning and launch operations for 5 cities including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Noida and Lucknow contributing more than 30% of total annual sales revenue.
- Ensure long term and profitable business relationships and over 50% supply retention with more than 75 vendors across 5 cities 
- Analysing and coordinating day-to-day operations including Partner Onboarding, Partner Payments and Support
- Organise and implement vendor training and support programs 
- Responsible for integration of ground ops with technology.
- Planning, hiring, training and effective utilisation of resources in different functions.

Co-Founder

WeTravelSolo

- Responsible for client and vendor management, Identifying and executing key partnerships, strategic alliances, establishing processes in the company for sales and present the idea as a brand in the market.
- Selling the brand to our vendors and ensure huge discounts and supply retention.
- Was cold calling up to 50 people everyday, maintained the funnels and recorded their responses. Conversion rate of 7-8% 
- Executed over 20 successful trips in one year with a very small team and an average bandwidth of 20 people per trip. 
- Created an organic community of 1000+ on the WTS app
- Responsible for engaging the community on the WTS app

Worked for Project Discover - Did an extensive need analysis and research on the needs of institutionalized children. Based on results, designed appropriate programmes for helping them discover their talent, passion and have a clear vision. Developed training modules, provided them with year-round support, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation for effective implementation.

Primarily did market research on Brand Placement for the company's clients. Collated the research and submitted a report on how the brand can be better placed against its competitors.

Research Intern

In 2017, I co-founded a company that was less than $10k in ARR.

3 years later, in 2020 that same company reached at $500k+ in ARR.

The next year it had to be shut due to the pandemic and I restarted my professional career.

I now work with the Sales team at inFeedo and on a mission to ensure every employee feels heard and valued at their companies.
