Was about to host Nordics largest Growth meetup at Waterfront in Stockholm for people to learn, discuss and help each other but then Corona happend so then we pivoted into a digital event in November 2020 with keynote speakers like Sean Ellis & Neil Patel hosted by yours Fedja Porobic for Q&A Sessions.  

Our digital event had a cap of 500 people and 497 showed up rating the event at an amazing 9.8/10 - True value no bullshit type of event.

I was tasked to start and launch a new unit within the Improove Group where I was mostly operating alone managing all of our partners and making sure that Improove had a great partner network with the likes of Adobe Magento, Salesforce, Klarna, Adyen, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Klevu, Emarsys, Marketo, Nosto, Tradedoubler, AdRelevance, Pixel, Sales Manago, Funnel and Adtraction.

During my time as partner manager Improove won awards with Emarsys (newcomer of the year), Yotpo (Best e-commerce agency Europe), Sales Manago (Diamond partner) and some minor awards.

I was tasked to set up a new unit within the Improove Group that focused on Growth instead of development/tech and where the goal was to work with both existing clients but also new business. I recruited and was head of at most 7 people in the Growth unit while we were signing new clients on monthly basis. We knew there was a real need for these type of e-commerce services but as I decided to move on I also passed this opportunity to Anneli Furustad. 

Improove Growth aims to help our E-commerce clients double their online revenue.

In my role at Improove I wear multiple hats and driving new business aswell as account management is a key role where I have sourced own enterprise and scale up leads from start to contract to delivery.
