Anticipating the potential of Generative AI long before GPT was launched, I recruited team members with key skills in development and product management to lead this transformation.

Our groundbreaking technology integrates retailer product marketing feeds into a seamless platform. It utilizes in-house GenAI models to enhance content (image and text processing), making it more "ad-friendly" without changing existing e-commerce marketing feeds - upgraded via our plug-in.

Transforming content from simple and generic to specific and relevant improves retailer KPIs with over 100% ROI, a +45% in CTR, and a -47% in CPA. Additionally, on-brand consistency and visual appeal strengthened long-term brand equity.

I am proud to have led the development of four key use cases focused on image processing and text optimization, which have been integral in securing partnerships with some of the largest e-commerce retailers in the Nordics, including Netonnet, Komplett, Webhallen, Kjell, Nordic Nest, Nordic Feel, Blåkläder, Byggmax, MQ Market, Lets Deal, and others.

Our platform also enables impactful retail media (social) collaborations with prominent brands such as LGE, Samsung, Logitech, Sennheiser, Epson, KitchenAid, WMF/Tefal, and Hills, exemplifying true value for retailer/brand partnerships.

In addition to our technological advancements, I was instrumental in securing $3 million in seed funding from 2020 to 2023, providing us with the momentum needed to develop and expand our market presence.

My leadership also led to implementing a social selling strategy based on the MegaDeals Framework, enabling us to win faster, larger deals and drive growth—especially when targeting key stakeholders like CMOs and CEOs of leading companies.

I served as a Senior Advisor, supporting and complementing founder Charlie Haagendrup and self-storage serial entrepreneur Michael Fogelberg. Together, we aimed to enable self-storage facilities to be fully digitized, transforming the self-storage industry. As of 2018, the industry primarily relied on simple physical locks, and the lack of digitalization hindered business potential, operational modeling, and data processing.

The three of us evolved from a "Bluetooth cylinder lock" with a physical latch to integrating the lock and latch into one cohesive product—a connected latch-lock. We also incorporated essential components such as wireless mesh technology, efficient battery management, NFC, and digital key security.

My role involved managing the digital technology within the connected latch-lock, focusing on wireless communication and embedded technology, as well as overseeing vendor selection.

We collaborated closely with QRTECH and Endian to prototype the software and hardware, and we secured patents for the technology in Europe, North America, and APAC.

Throughout the project, we partnered with respected firms including QRTECH and Endian for prototyping and engaged Vinnter AB, QRTECH, and Yovinn as hardware/software consultants for industrialization. We also worked with Lumenradio to leverage their expertise in wireless mesh technology, which was crucial for ensuring optimal performance in challenging storage environments.

Our innovative solutions garnered the attention of industry leaders, leading to the strategic acquisition of Zipplify by Assa Abloy's PTI Security. The system was successfully launched by PTI in the spring of 2024, marking a significant milestone in the digital evolution of self-storage facilities.
