It’s a tale as old as time: man meets job, man climbs the career ladder, man fights burnout, man opens to possibilities, reconnect with himself and finds his true passion.  

I’m Jackson, an entrepreneur, leadership developer, wellness advocate, coach, mentor, father-of-three and consummate learner. After spending the last 20+ years of my career in the adhesives industry, leading the business and strategic rollout of distribution channels in Asia Pacific markets both established and new, I found myself yearning to be less of a human “doing”, and more of a human “being”.  

While I love being a businessman and entrepreneur, my approach to work has definitely become more sustainable over time, as I aligned my leadership style and career goals with my passion for wellness. I believe that we should all invest in our personal well-being, both physical and mental, because these make up the foundations of a good life and rewarding career!  

Meditation, mindfulness and mindset elevation are the tools that I use to strengthen my mental wellness, and adopting a giving mindset fuels my sustained contentment. I encourage all those who have the capacity to give to do so, because giving is the key to unlocking happiness, lasting contentment, and an incredibly fulfilling way to live and work.  

With these values as my guide, I live life everyday with increasing ease, flow and comfort.

Today, I help my clients transform through the tools of Leadership Training, Thinking Partnership, Coaching, Consulting, Mentoring and Rejuvenation Experiences.

I am a Continuous Improvement Practitioner at ST Engineering. I focus on enhancing process efficiency and reducing operational inefficiencies across global business units. My role centres on fostering a culture of continuous learning and equipping employees with the tools to drive meaningful change in their work processes.

With a background in Adult Education, I am passionate about empowering people to develop problem-solving skills that lead to sustainable improvements. I leverage my experience to help organisations optimise performance, enhance team capabilities, and establish a framework for continuous growth.

As a Certified Project Manager (PMP) and Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), I’ve led successful projects for major companies like Citibank and Apple across APAC and Singapore, consistently delivering results on time and within budget. I have also provided project management coaching to government agencies and corporations, enhancing their project delivery capabilities.

In addition to my professional role, I contribute to the Project Management Association Singapore (PMAS) as Chairperson and serve as an IPMA Assessor and Member of the IPMA Certification & Validation Management Board (CVMB). These roles allow me to actively shape the future of project management practices and governance on both a local and global scale.
