I offer one-off Just-in-Time Clarity Coaching calls for people who are stuck at a decision point and need perspective.

Much of my work happens when something feels off, assumptions haven’t been examined, or people are talking past one another. I help clarify what problem is actually being solved, and assist building an approach to communication so execution doesn't unravel later.

This shift comes in my business comes affter decades as a newspaper executive, business owner and CEO of the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce. That's when I returned to my lifelong passion: helping others succeed. SheRises Network is where that passion comes to life — through personalized coaching, group programs, and our signature Career Success Circles for women who are in transition.
