The D'Amelio Show Season 2 - Hulu

As the Post Coordinator for The D'emalio Show, I did the following: 

- Downloaded and uploaded cuts to both Frame I/O and PIX for distribution both internally and to Hulu,
- I created and passed around Credits for approval, both internally and to Hulu.
- Attended Online and Mix reviews when extra eyes and ears were needed
- Helped download and upload both music and Hi Res acquired footage and music to Media Shuttle,
- Created a Graphics Tracker spreadsheet for each episode, requested the Graphics to be made by our third party creator, QC'd the Graphics sent back to us and delegated the AEs to import them for the team.
- Worked with Story Producers and Executives whenever they needed anything from Graphics, music or network,
- worked closely with Marketing, Clearance and Legal to make sure that all promo material was approved,
- Delegated work and created night notes for the night AE each night.
- Used Clearance Notes to create Promo Restrictions Log for each episode.
- Completed all paper deliverables, including Music Cue Sheets, Appearance Logs, Graphics Timing Sheets, Timing Sheets and Rights and Restrictions VAM sheets.

For these series, I did the following:
- Sorted, labeled and tracked all acquired stills, footage and music for all of my shows.
- Worked with Clearance to purchase third party materials and created Rights and Restrictions Logs for each show, as needed.
- Created and passed around Credits for approval, both internally and to Network
- I worked with Story Producers and Executives whenever they needed anything from Graphics, music or network,
- I worked with Marketing, clearance and legal to make sure that all promo material was approved and delivered on time.
- Worked with Clearance to organize and file all releases and license agreements.
- Sent all cuts of each episode internally via Wiredrive and to Network via FineCut or Aspera, depending, for each show.
- Delegated work to Post Production Assistants when we were still in office,
- Created Night Notes and delegated work to Night AEs when their shift started.
- Worked closely with Post Supervisor to make sure schedule was being followed.
- Completed all paper deliverables for every show, including Music Cue Sheets, Timing Sheets, Promo Restrictions Log, Appearance and Location Logs, FER Logs, Rights and Restrictions Grids and LTO Logs 
- Tracked ABS Scripts, Closed Captioning and S&P Notes and made sure they were delivered to Network. 
- Created, organized and delivered the Wrap Binders for each show.
