•	Managing global wide projects for new features or bug fixes in our order management tool, working closely with our developers to create accurate spec sheets. Pitching these ideas and updates to senior level management from both EMEA and US teams.
•	Liaising with the US team in Chicago to ensure that EMEA wide process and procedures are in line with the company’s global goals.
•	Communicating and working closely with various departments across the globe to ensure their needs are met and running queries through SQL to analyse and extract data.
•	Working with various other tools such as Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure they integrate with the order management system seamlessly through APIs.
•	Assessing partner invoices meet correct legal and tax requirements and communicating daily with the US accounts payable team to ensure that all partners are paid promptly and all bills are adjusted as and when needed.

Inventory Analyst EMEA

•	Project management in starting up a new ‘Partner Review’ Department.
•	Helped to establish a mystery shop process from grass root level and trained team members.
•	Statistical analysis of key quantitative performance indicators (top refund & revenue partners per industry, average cost per voucher per industry, reasons for refunds, etc.)
•	Liaising with other departments and resolving wide-ranging problems.
•	Improving departmental procedures and efficiency with improved processes.
•	Collating, processing and analysing incoming and outgoing data for business partners, while ensuring all data is accurately and proficiently dealt with.
•	Overseeing the redemptions process and confirming payment schedule for partners on an ad hoc basis.
