My Results:
•	Aligned International sales headcount with a global workforce reduction programme, achieving a >30% reduction.
•	Provided interim leadership to the international SDR team. Enhancing productivity through coaching, process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.
•	Managed 4x direct reports, overseeing Business / Sales Operations, and Data Analysis.

Sales Operations Director (EMEA)

Tungsten Network

Tungsten Network is a global electronic invoicing firm that provides supply chain financing services.  In 2022 the company was purchased by Kofax and in 2024 was rebranded as Tungsten Automation.

I was recruited to support the Chief Sales Officer and responsible for optimising the sales model and process. Ultimately, working with the ELT to conclude the successful sales of the business to Kofax.

My Results:

•	Automated sales trading reports to meet Kofax standards enhancing operational efficiency.
•	Managed day-to-day operations for the Enterprise and Client Management sales teams.

Vice President Sales Operations & Excellence

Epicor Software

The Epicor Software Corporation is a business software company whose  products are aimed at the manufacturing, distribution, retail and services industries.  Epicor provides enterprise resource planning (ERP), to business customers in both software as a service (SaaS) and on-premises deployment models.

Reporting to the EVP International Sales and the Director of Sales Operations (Americas).  I was responsible for the delivery of the sales forecast/pipeline reports and multiple cross functional and cultural optimisation programmes.

My Results:
•	Integration of the KB MAX product set into the Epicor solution portfolio post-acquisition, implementing a cross-functional support model to enhance revenue generation.
•	Audited and refocused sales enablement initiatives, incorporating customer reference and advocacy programs, market analysis, and optimised lead generation stages.
•	Led multiple process optimisation programs to generate savings, scale revenue, and improve alignment.
The delivery of data-driven weekly sales forecast reports using Salesforce/Clari.

Sales Operations & Strategic Programs Principal (EMEA & APAC)

JATO Dynamics Ltd

JATO Dynamics, founded in 1984, provides the world’s most timely, accurate and up-to-date information on automotive vehicle specifications, pricing, sales and registrations.   

I was recruited to support a recently appointed Chief Commercial Officer and was tasked with enhancing the sales model and processes, including the development of innovative sales enablement strategies and the modernisation of IT infrastructure. 

My Results:
•	Rolled out a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit, including a strategic playbook and revamped bid process, aligning with a rebranded marketing strategy.
•	Implemented a governance model for deal approvals and legal compliance; transitioned the organisation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for advanced sales and marketing integration.
•	Led the development of sales training for over 100 associates via virtual platforms.
•	Managed a team responsible for Tech Stack, FP&A, Sales and Business Operations.

Head of Sales Operations

CDK Global (International)

CDK Global is a leading provider of retail technology and software as a service (SaaS) solutions that help car dealerships and automotive manufacturers run their businesses more efficiently, drive improved profitability and create frictionless purchasing and ownership experiences for consumers.  

I joined CDK International with a clear brief to implement a best practice sales model and process, to drive change, protect core revenues and secure profitable sales growth.

This extensive change programme contributed to 250% EBITDA growth ($40m to $108M+).  Prior to the business being bought for $1.45bn by Francisco Partners in 2020.

My Results:

•	Matrix responsibility for an international sales team of 118 FTEs, successfully generating $125 million in sales.
•	Developed and scaled annual Go-to-Market, territory, and capacity plans for 27 international regions, enhancing strategic planning capabilities.
•	Spearheaded the deployment and establishment of Salesforce, implementing essential processes and reporting for improved decision-making.
•	Provided interim leadership in European and emerging markets, including China, Mexico, and UAE.
