- Analyse and optimise the end-to-end sales process to increase productivity and revenue generation (e.g. accelerated the pricing to proposal process by 3X) 
- Work closely with the revenue team to identify friction and areas for improvement by advising on process and enabling collaboration across teams to eliminate inefficiencies (e.g. introduced a new process and pipeline to support collaboration between the Product Team and Account Managers in the release and upsell of new products)

- Provide data-driven insights to drive decision-making (e.g. collaborated with our CFO to develop a CAC calculation model relevant to our business) 
- Owning and consolidating the tech stack to enable revenue generating teams with the right tools, trust-worthy data and effective processes to deliver on their ambitious goals (e.g. implemented from end-to-end a new sales engagement tool for the SDR Team - Outreach) 
- Work closely with marketing, account management, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication between teams (e.g. advised and assisted the Finance Team in the implementation of a billing and invoicing system - ChargeBee)
- My role includes a wide range of revenue generating initiatives relating to supporting strategy, building automations, improving the customer journey

- Restructure the entire subscription system and Hubspot to increase accuracy and hygiene of revenue reporting
