Prosites, Inc provides >20k SMBs with digital marketing services.  These clients are spread over 4 unique brands (unique industries) and 9 distinct product/service lines to produce >60MM ARR.  I have developed 12 employees across GTM Ops and Analytics teams in this role.

• Drive strategic alignment across all GTM functions as the Head of RevOps through a cross-functional team and serving as a key stakeholder on all GTM-impacted Tiger Teams.

• Drive compensation planning for sales teams and own the monthly commissions administration process.

• Oversee regular and ad-hoc territory planning/implementation across 11 sales teams with >50 reps.

• Support enablement through collateral creation, ergonomic modifications to Salesforce, changes to onboarding process, providing sales leadership training, and regular rep-level coaching.

• Provide actionable insights through ownership of all GTM KPIs and reporting.

• Drive key venture-capital initiative to convert transactional customers to unlimited subscriptions (produced 23% annual uplift).

• Guide GTM team through internal initiative to automate annual renewal process (increased client retention rate from 95.8% to 97.3%).

GoldTech provides hybrid POS solutions via the GoldTech Retail Manager to over 125 retail businesses doing >$900MM in annual sales.  GoldTech is also a resale partner of Verifone, HP, and Profitbase.  I led 8 employees and numerous contractors covering all functions excluding software development.

Head of strategy and full-cycle revenue management, overseeing all revenue functions including sales, marketing, RevOps, technical/customer support, client onboarding, and client retention.  

Key initiatives include:

• Assisted in ideation, development, and filing of two patents.

• Conversion of two products to freemium, increasing adoption by 34% among key accounts and increasing revenue by >25k.

• Directed project for replacement/upgrade of all  Verifone devices resold by GoldTech (approximately 1800 units) due to EoL on previous models.

• Maintained and led a staff of 3 sales reps in this position producing $1MM+ in net-new and $4MM in retained revenue (account management) annually.

• Responsible for branding and marketing strategy of a new division (bioHome) that attained profitability within the first year.  Included website design, messaging, cross-threading strategy, and all content creation.

Set single-season net-new sales record by driving untapped late-season revenue (aeration and seeding services).  Success of initiative increased further in 2018, requiring changes to business model to handle increased service demand.

I have been a successful sales rep at 3 organizations in 3 different industries covering both B2C and B2B.  Twice this success led to promotions into successful leadership positions overseeing sales teams.

I have been a successful marketing manager twice, once in B2C and once in B2B.  I also currently serve as the Head of Digital Growth & Strategy at a non-profit in a volunteer position overseeing 6 volunteer positions.

These experiences gave my the insights into the difficulties faced by sales and marketing teams, at both frontline and leadership levels. You cannot align, optimize, enrich, and enable without having an intimate understanding of the functions involved.  At its core, these are the four core functions of RevOps, and it is why I define of RevOps as "removing obstacles to enable success".

Over the last five years, I have been the senior-most RevOps leader at 3 organizations spanning Retail POS, Ed Tech, and Digital Marketing.  These companies have spanned 2MM-65MM and from 15-350 employees, using (mostly) different tech stacks at each organization.
