Did an extended internship in product marketing and employer branding with complete ownership of the projects that I handled. 

- Handled work - culture postings for their social media account.
- Content promotion in relevant channels to increase meaningful website traffic and drive form conversions.
- Generated leads for building a partner network, influencer network and prospect database for the product.
- Market research and competitor analysis for a product in the pre-launch phase.
- Promoted employees to share their stories on social and created viral campaigns out of it.
- Organized weekly virtual games and music sessions to boost employee morale.
- Monitor the blog and landing pages to make changes for better funnel conversion.

Worked as a social media manager and email marketer in a part-time consultative role.

Sales And Marketing Consultant

My responsibilities include:

- Work with the prospects to make sure they have a successful trial 
- Assist the product delivery team in preparing dashboards and collateral during trials
- Contract preparation

Freshworks

After 9 months of selling the flagship product of Freshworks, I was presented an opportunity to work with a newer product. Taking it up was my best decision at Freshworks.
 
- Closed around 100 deals in new customer acquisition.
- Handled end to end sales including technical implementation and onboarding.
- Collaborated with multiple teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Provided the product team with inputs to influence product releases.
- Tracked the growth of the product(in Canada and central USA) on various indices which helped impact multiple business decisions.

Business Development Executive

- Worked in a lower revenue generating region to maximize revenue from inbound leads. 
- Brought in 50+ new businesses with a zero percent churn rate.
- Identified cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the accounts closed and passed it on to the respective success managers.

Food Stall

Me and a couple of friends set up a food stall at a college event. It was a one day event and we served over 150 folks. Saw a 300% return of investment.

Learnt about resource management and crowd management.

Organizer

I'm a versatile product marketer and fill multiple roles at Humantic AI. Working in a lean team, I take care of both organic as well as paid growth activities. This includes running a newsletter, collecting product feedback, content creation and distribution, running google and social media ads and supporting PR and other marketing activities.

Prior to marketing, I was in sales. Selling used to be a personal challenge for me when I started but with the help of supportive managers and great peers, I can confidently say that I've come a long way. And it has firmly shaped my outlook towards marketing.
