• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: I leverage LEGO® Serious Play®, Design Thinking, and other methods — but the focus is always on results, not just the tools.

• 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: I'm all about long-term improvement, not just quick fixes.

• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻: If you want a fun LEGO playing event that's cool, but I can't help you with that —my workshops are focused on solving real challenges. Fun is the result of the hard work.

Alongside my role at Deutsche Telekom, where I build innovative products with partners, I'm excited to offer my facilitation expertise to new teams outside the company.

Over the last decade I’ve helped multiple product teams scale and transform both their products and businesses. During that time I realised the true super power of any great team is effective collaboration. 

So in 2022 I started Jumble, with the intention of helping product teams innovate faster, solve more complex challenges, and achieve better results, together.  

I believe that the only way to do this is to focus on building trust, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to share their thoughts in a structured way where no single voice can dominate the discussion.
