- Successfully launched Smart Home DT in-house platform in Greece and Slovakia.
- Instituted Connected Car competence center in Czech Republic.
- Nurtured partner ambitions bridging them with Group’s size and pace. Proactively negotiated with involved parties aligning agendas and puzzling out elusive expectations.
- Across the board presence and cross-functional imprint regarding partner lifecycle management. 
- Identified potential new areas of interest and elaborated a partnership blueprint canvas.

Senior Business Development & Partnering Manager

Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation

Ownership of business cloud services strategy, development and realization.
- Launched a fully-fledged Business Cloud Marketplace onboarding Cloud Servers and a variety of Cloud Software.
- Increased Server revenue 400% CAGR in 2014 – 2017 period to 500k euros.
- Over 100 business customers were populating software customer base with around 3500 unique licenses by Q1 2017.
- Acted as an entrepreneur inside the organization driving change management and product strategy. Orchestrated end-to-end business specifications from order capturing to provisioning and billing.
- Evangelism of Cloud Technology Business model, carrying the go-to-market flag by leading cross-functional initiatives in areas of sales, IT, infrastructure, call center, customer operations, vendors/partners, marketing and legal.
- Represented OTE as SPOC for cloud stream to DT Pan-IP EU alignment project.

Safeguarded market share and ARPU, converting customer base to VDSL solutions. 
- Optimized budget and reforecast reporting modeling activities.
- Contributed to NGA cabins expansion plan, highlighting B2B segment points of interest across country.

Product Manager Business Broadband

Appointed by the CEO to initiate from scratch addition of Cloud services to product offerings.
- Handed over an operational first version of marketplace with four ISVs and some dozens of customers.
- Conducted the business plan, being the responsible execution project manager.
- Proposed most proper provider for cloud platform marketplace. Approached local and global Cloud ISVs for potential cooperation.
- Extended my role responsibilities, educating and accompanying account managers to direct customer facing activities.

Product Manager Cloud Services

Directly out of the MBA career fair hired to manage networking product portfolio.
- Achieved to increase gross profitability by over 20%, maintaining same revenue levels.
- Introduced new supplier to the product portfolio positioning it as best value for money brand. Demonstrated outstanding growth YoY. Sustains its market position even today.
- Significantly improved reporting procedures. Reduced bad stock to the absolute min dpt. has ever experienced.
