Most important projects involved in as Service Manager:
 Exploration License Management Tool rollout project – high involvement in the service transition
phase, establish and negotiate external support contract together with Procurement Department,
assure support during rollout phase
 Master Data Store Well project – high involvement in the renegotiating of the external supplier
contract together with Procurement Department, constructing support team for taking it into service
Some of the challenges as Service Manager:
 Taking over a service “in construction”, creating an internal support team (10 persons) together with
the Team Leader , setting up the service while ongoing operations
 Renegotiate external supplier contract for Acreage application for setting up the priorities, details of
the support and saving costs while running operations

fiscal printers, a module for printing fiscal receipts, training users in using the fiscal printer
