In 2024, the agency was acquired. That chapter closed. A new one opened.

For 10 years, I helped companies market their products. Now I'm building one. The shift has been... eye-opening.

Some days, the decade of experience kicks in, and things click. Other days, I'm learning in real-time, and it's humbling.

Collaborated with sales leadership team and sales marketing and development team to deliver field sales and clinical seller’s curricula.
• Created and delivered global sales training to Canadian sales force at national sales meeting
• Trained 35+ new hires on Pacesetter in 6-month period to align sales force to ConvaTec way of selling
• Expanded new hire training from 1- to 2-week course and executed within 3-week time period resulting in increased effectiveness of sales cycle

Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Development

Led clinical strategy development, process standardization, and tools development to support US sales organization. Merged siloed wound care and ostomy clinical teams into unified organization and positioned as vital component in accelerating complex sales cycle.
• Rebuilt clinical team created training program in partnership with Sandler Training to deliver increased value
• Closed business opportunities 20% quicker and increased revenue by 9% by integrating clinical specialists into sales process

National Clinical Sales Manager

Led NY State acute care region with 5 territories and drove IDN account growth. Represented all regional sales managers nationwide on global marketing team launching negative pressure system AVELLE. Designed and led growth strategy to increase sales of surgical, wound care, skin care, and incontinence products. Created marketing, sales, and training programs to elevate ConvaTec brand within highly competitive segment.
• Drove regional revenue from -6% to 10% YoY growth
• Increased revenue by securing accounts with Bronx-Lebanon, NewYork-Presbyterian, Kaleida Health, and HHC
• Raised quota performance from 95% to 101% in year 1 and 103% in year 2
• Led clinical focus groups with KOLs and engineers using quality function deployment for go-to-market medical device
• Delivered AVELLE negative pressure training to stakeholders representing entire eastern US market

Regional Sales Manager | Lead Regional Sales Manager, Global Marketing

Acelity

Led initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and boost revenue growth across IDNs, managed care, and home health for Global medical technology firm recognized for producing first negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) products—acquired by 3M in 2019. Oversaw IDNs including NorthWell Health, CHSLI, NYU, NYP Healthcare, and HHC.
• Led transformation of multimillion-dollar home health agency to increase customer satisfaction
• Developed and executed strategy to recover loss of insureds due to changes in healthcare legislation
• Averted loss of customer account from competitors

Corporate Accounts Manager

Oversaw sales district valued at $26.5M and managed acute and post-acute care business with team of 15. Increased productivity and exceeded business volume and order objectives. Led design of consumer and corporate marketing plans in collaboration with programmers and 20+ industry experts. Led district through acquisitions and product integrations of Systagenix and LifeCell. Created first sales training boot camp.
• Grew acute market orders by 17% and post-acute market orders by 5.8% in 12-month period
• Mentored new hire to achieve 50% YoY revenue growth in 60 days
• Achieved $2M+ annual revenue by delivering 5 hospital win backs
• Developed #1 performer among 100+ sales representatives
• Grew medical device orders by 17% YOY while transforming NYC district following company restructuring and rebranding

District Sales Manager

Managed territory spanning 2 NYC boroughs and developed relationships with hospitals, wound care centers, post-acute facilities, and clinicians. Promoted use of NPWT, advanced wound care products, biologics, and therapeutic surfaces on critical care, bariatrics, and medical-surgical floors. Established and grew relationships with 15 hospitals.
• Achieved $1.8M in territory sales and increased daily utilization of wound VAC therapy by 160%
• Grew revenue from $130K to $600K by creating sole-source partnership with hospital and enabling additional projects and sales revenue
• Generated 5-fold revenue increase by presenting cost-benefit model to C-suite of prominent hospital

This isn’t a job, it’s personal. I grew up battling weight and confidence. As a registered dietitian
and former ICU nutritionist, I saw what happens when you wait too long to care for yourself.
I’ve taught Nutrition &amp; Disease at the college level, led sales teams across the country, and now,
I coach leaders who want more than status—they want health that lasts.
