Truphone is a connectivity provider, a technology enabler and is an industry leader in e-SIM, telco-tech and IoT space, orchestrating 25 million connections around the world.

I led global service experience strategy across multiple regions, aligning customer operations with business growth and brand reputation goals. Oversaw high-impact teams in customer support, training, QA, and process engineering, ensuring that post-sales service became a core pillar of Truphone’s global expansion.

In addition to operational leadership, I served as a key leader in Truphone’s Manila office, responsible for local team performance, cross-functional collaboration, and translating global strategy into on-the-ground execution.

Key Highlights:
	•	Drove a global Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +55, reinforcing Truphone’s position as a customer-first brand.
	•	Spearheaded initiatives that won 2020 World’s Best Customer Service and EMEA Best Customer Service awards.
	•	Led cross-functional alignment between product, operations, and commercial teams to embed customer insights into roadmap decisions, strengthen retention levers, and drive coordinated response plans during global service disruptions.
	•	Translated strategic goals into scalable service frameworks supporting Truphone’s growth across EMEA and APAC.

Global Head of Service Experience

Directed global customer service operations across the Philippines and Portugal, supporting both enterprise and consumer markets. Took on a dual responsibility of delivering operational excellence while strengthening the alignment between service delivery and overall customer lifecycle success.

Key Highlights:
        •	 Led service operations across Philippines and Portugal, ensuring consistent delivery while adapting to the nuances of each region’s team dynamics and market needs.
	•	Supported rollout of new services and products by embedding customer-readiness into service planning cycles.
	•	Streamlined workflows and introduced feedback loops between frontline, technology teams and leadership to surface critical customer insights and shape operational priorities.

Global Manager - Customer Service & Service Delivery 

Established and scaled Truphone’s Desk Service Delivery teams across Manila, Lisbon, and Warsaw. Built a new global function from the ground up—defining structure, onboarding talent, creating SOPs, and embedding service culture.

Key Highlights:
	•	Maintained an NPS of +85 during a high-growth, high-complexity scale-up period.
	•	Laid the foundation for a global support hub model that became instrumental to Truphone’s enterprise service strategy.
	•	Recognized with Truphone’s Global Employee Values Award – “Brave” for bold leadership during transformation.

Global Manager,  Service Delivery Management (Remote)

I led Truphone’s Regional Customer Service operations across the Philippines and Hong Kong, overseeing team growth, site transitions, and regional strategy execution. I managed the closure of our Australia support center and successfully launched the Hong Kong operation from the ground up—spending six months on-site to establish leadership and workflows.

I also facilitated the EU team’s transition from the UK to Portugal during Brexit, spending a month in Lisbon to support hiring and onboarding.

	•	Delivered award-winning service that earned 2014 World’s Best Customer Service, World’s Best In-House Contact Centre, and APAC’s Best Contact Centre
