As a Designer by trade, I spent the best part of my career working with design teams in enterprise businesses around the world.

Originally rebelling against the idea of giving up my design hat, after 4 years of Fearless I’ve since learned I love being an entrepreneur with big ambitions and a lot of heart for the future.

The Fearless team specialises in quality design and can either taken projects end to end with meaningful impact and measurable results.

With a constant view of the forever changing design industry, we often team up with others to support charity initiatives and beta tests that will contribute towards designing a better world.

Dove head first into startup culture, wearing many hats. Early on I was the sole designer, and built a team of 6 designers from the ground up. Led several strategic initiatives and assisted in core product strategies for improving digital advertising for Real Estate Agents. I designed our first viable SAAS product helping real estate agents claim and manage their google business profile. Gained 35,000 subscribers within the second year and a retention rate of 71%. Generated $7.4M in revenue for 2020. In December of 2020, Homesnap was acquired for $250M by Costar.

My name is Jazz Howington (she/her), and I’m a Savannah GA based Product Design Leader with 10+ years of design experience. I’ve learned over the years that I love helping others succeed, whether it's users of a product, or helping my team learn and grow. My passion for process improvement is what led me to UX, and the thrill of tackling difficult challenges is why I stayed. I tend to thrive in the chaotic atmosphere of a startup, introducing order and process as it makes sense for the business. 

And while I am currently a Product Design Director, I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and dive into project work. I use design to help an organization make better decisions around ‘why’ we are building something. My true value as a design leader is my ability to collaborate with my peers, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive a solution that balances business goals and user needs. I firmly believe that Design isn't an equation where there’s a right answer or a wrong answer. It's about exploration of the possibilities, finding the solution that works in the moment, and it’s a journey I love every day.
