As the Lead Product Designer at Logan Hollowell Jewelry, directed the end-to-end design strategy and execution, transforming concepts into high-impact designs that drove brand visibility and increased AOV. 

• Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and consistency, with a focus on optimizing user experience and achieving measurable growth.

• Increased online engagement by 15% through strategic design enhancements, user flow optimizations, and performance-focused redesigns.

• Built and nurtured strategic partnerships with outside vendors to integrate innovative digital solutions, including spearheading the implementation of AR/VR technology to enhance product visualization, resulting in a ~ 6.5x ROI in the first thirty days of implementation.

• Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs), user behavior, and engagement metrics to continuously refine and enhance the design strategy.
