The Fearless team specialises in quality design and can either taken projects end to end with meaningful impact and measurable results.

With a constant view of the forever changing design industry, we often team up with others to support charity initiatives and beta tests that will contribute towards designing a better world.

Working with Banglalink is something very interesting and remarkable to my career. I have been worked closely with Product Managers and few other top stakeholders to create countries first ever Super App.
MyBL Super App comes with its unique proposition of 6C- Connect, Community, Care, Courses, Commerce and Content as well. This was very challenging to integrate these features into a Telecom App. As an initial approach we had to solve several issues like
•	Segmentation
•	User Experience since people are not used to see these kinds of things in a Telecom App.
•	We improved Telecom Services (Connect) in new intuitive way so the user gets maximum benefits of it as well as business gets more sales. Like “Recharge” after introducing this new Recharge Journey, users are buying more because that’s giving them stress free purchase.
•	Community- We introduced Banglalink Orange Club in new look with more royalty benefits and usability.
•	Care- From general physical consultation to expert doctors everyone is available as you need. Interestingly price starts with 45tk!
•	Course- Learning gets its new dimension in any telco app ever.
•	Content- From FM Radio to Religious Videos it has all.
•	Commerce- Lastly but not least we integrated commerce to buy easily and effetely from a Telco App.
These are some of the key fundamental things we solved together, designed together. Finally, it came to an exciting thing while the app is having 30%+ more leads now.

Kanga Booking LLC

I kicked off my freelance journey as a Product Designer, collaborating with Nick Margeas. Together, we brainstormed with developers to refine a unique business model for a standout on-demand service platform. Within a week, we locked in the initial version of Kanga Booking.

Kanga Booking isn't just another booking platform. It offers an immersive experience, catering to both service seekers and business management. While established players like Airbnb, Booky, and Booking.com exist, Kanga Booking offers distinct features that directly address specific market needs.

This rewrite emphasizes your proactive role in initiating the project, highlights the collaborative effort with developers, and showcases Kanga Booking's unique value proposition. It avoids unnecessary repetition and focuses on key points.
