Since the acquisition of Channel Maven and Spark Your Channel, both of which Heather founded and grew, she leads 360insights' marketing team including GTM, lead/demand generation, sales enablement, content, and digital.

SaaS platform enabling partner organizations of all types to customize PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, and Video content. Launched February of 2020 and quickly got acquired. I ideated, designed, and built platform with outsourced development shop in Boulder, CO in 8 month, raised Seed Round of $500,000, then launched, marketed, and sold SaaS solution to technology clients.

Kadient was acquired by Qvidian after I departed. SaaS platform embedded in Salesforce.com and other top CRMs to better enabling salespeople by serving up the next relevant piece of content or go-to-market motion inside of an account or lead. I developed lead and demand generation activities including email/social/SEO/SEM campaigns, field marketing, business development and lead nurturing. I also built and managed alliance activities with ISVs and resellers.

Heather is a dynamic channel executive, celebrated entrepreneur, and industry luminary with a passion for technology, AI, and ecosystems. Widely recognized as the Channel Maven, she established Channel Maven Consulting in 2009 and subsequently founded Spark Your Channel in 2019, solidifying her reputation as a visionary leader in the technology ecosystem.

With a rich background encompassing pivotal roles at EMC, EqualLogic, and Dell, Heather has spearheaded transformative channel programs, marketing initiatives, and operational strategies. Over her illustrious 15-year tenure at Channel Maven, she has collaborated with hundreds of prominent technology and telecom firms, cultivating thriving partnerships with VARs, MSPs, ISVs, GSIs, developers, consultants, and marketplaces.

In 2021, Heather orchestrated the successful sale of both her ventures to 360insights, where she assumed leadership of their marketing division as Senior Vice President. After almost three years, Heather returned to her entrepreneurial roots, relaunching the consulting arm of Channel Maven and reclaiming her role as President and CEO.

A sought-after thought leader, Heather shares her expertise through captivating keynote addresses on entrepreneurship, personal branding, channel communication, B2B demand generation, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. Originally hailing from the Boston area, she can now be found hiking, paddle-boarding, or spending time with her two amazing daughters and their dog Zoe in Boulder, CO.
