One of the most rewarding aspects of the job was being able to support my students even after the course was over. I was there to help with job searches, adaptation to new roles, and anything else they needed to succeed.

My responsibilities included gathering and clarifying owners' needs and requirements, preparing and posting job descriptions, researching and sourcing candidates, and conducting both HR and basic technical interviews, so on.

Once the new hires were onboarded, I provided support to ensure their adaptation and success. I also handled tasks related to the ATS and reports and troubleshooted any issues that arose.
On top of all that, I also took care of hardware installations, office maintenance,  and implemented new ideas to enhance the work environment. I even helped out occasionally with event management and other fun activities to keep things lively. 
It was a challenging but rewarding experience that taught me a lot about the world of recruiting and a startup world.

I have successfully hired both on the Ukrainian IT market and in Mexico, where I was the first recruiter on the team.

Started as a Sales Manager at a small local company, and quickly generated a flood of new   accounts that propelled me to a promotion to Lead Position. From there, I built my own Sales Team from scratch and occasionally wore many hats as Project and Account Manager, Recruiter, and even Event Manager.

During my time in this position, I acted as a mediator and negotiator during complex client-related issues, including some high-profile clients who were household names. I also participated in the process of developing and promoting a local educational startup, which was a rewarding experience.
