Indonesia Nederland Youth Society's mission is to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the youth of Indonesia and the Netherlands. As a member of the Board of Trustees, I advise and support the Executive Boards in both Indonesia and the Netherlands in their day to day activities. This is an unpaid position.

From August 2017 until December 2018 I was Chair of the Exectutive Board. From January 2019 until December 2022 I was Chair of the Board of Trustees.

In this position I worked as a management assistant for the HR department of the organisation. I supported two managers and assisted them with managing their day to day tasks.

As  the Chair of the Executive Board of the Dutch chapter I coordinated the events together with the team and kept an overview of current affairs. In addition, I maintained contacts with our most important partners and stakeholders.

Selamat datang, my name is Yati and I am an action-oriented person with excellent organizational skills. My dream job is one where I am able to can infuse my career with a fresh impulse. My preference goes out to a position with an international character. This has to do with the fact that I grew up on three different continents as a TCK and I am able to easily switch between different cultures and languages.
